WARRANTIES
Statement of Limited Use
Tools manufactured by Smith Machine and Tool LLC are fabricated for bearing installation only. Smith Machine and Tool LLC does not guarantee the quality or state of the bearing after installation nor assumes responsibility for damage caused to the bearing or housing with usage of tools. All quality and liability of the state of the bearing falls on the installer and user of the tool. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description of the face hereof. With this sale seller explicitly disclaims any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Statement of Limited Warranty
Tools manufactured by Smith Machine and Tool LLC undergo rigorous testing and inspection to ensure quality standards are met. If a tool arrives damaged the customer has 30 days to report to Smith Machine and Tool LLC, in which Smith Machine and Tool LLC will accept an exchange at no cost to the customer. No returns accepted. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description of the face hereof with this sale seller explicitly disclaims any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
RETURN POLICY
Custom Tooling Return Policy:
Smith Machine and Tool LLC works with customers on each tool to ensure every specification is addressed and undergoes rigorous testing to ensure all custom tools are proper solutions. All Custom-Made Tooling is nonrefundable.
Standard Tooling Return Policy:
Standard tooling manufactured by Smith Machine and Tool LLC is only exchangeable with no refunds available.
PAYMENT AND FEES
Payments:
Payment terms and additional fees are specified on each Smith Machine and Tool Invoice. All invoices can be paid via:
- Check made payable to Smith Machine and Tool LLC
- Wire Transfer and ACH Payments
- Domestic payments incur no additional fees
- International fees may incur an incoming wire fee
- Credit Card via Square
- All credit card transactions incur an additional service fee
Shipping:
Shipping carriers make frequent pickups to our facility allowing our customers to use their carrier of choice. When confirming each PO, our team will confirm both the customer’s carrier account information as well as speed to have the tools delivered. Shipping insurance, weekend delivery, and all other special requests will not be selected unless specified by the customer in writing. International customers will have their accounts charged for taxes and duties. If the customer does not have an account with a carrier, Smith Machine and Tool will have an additional line item on the invoice for shipping chargeback.
